Job overview we are seeking a skilled finish carpenter and helper to join our construction team.

Job Detail
- Install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures with attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise carpentry work
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
- Measure accurately for cuts and fittings. perform heavy lifting of materials when necessary
- Install siding, Decking, TG soffits/ ceilings, and other finishing elements.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes. maintain a clean job site at all times
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging or related fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various construction projects
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, and fabrication techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Valid construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocol
- Strong communication skills. ability to read technical documents and follow schematics accurately
