$18 – $30 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform rough framing of commercial buildings according to project plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy in framing layout and installation.
- Safely use nail guns, saws, and other power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Install temporary supports and framing components as needed.
- Ensure all materials are properly placed and secured.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and Mindak policies.
- Collaborate with crew members and be willing to assist where needed. SchedulePay Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekends optional)
- 40–50 hours per week with overtime pay
- Paid weekly
- $18–$30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

- Basic understanding of carpentry tools and measurements.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
- Commitment to job site safety and team collaboration.
- Desire to learn and grow in the commercial construction trade.
- Minimum Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Some carpentry or framing experience preferred (we will train the right candidate!)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active role.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
