Job Detail
- Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as needed for specific projects.
- Install rebar, siding, cabinets, doors, fixtures, and roofing components.
- Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts when required.
- Participate in remodeling projects including flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work.
- Execute caulking, stucco application, and heavy lifting tasks as part of the restoration process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- ExperienceCandidates should have a strong background in the following areas:
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols.
- Proficiency in woodworking techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation.
- Experience in plumbing, masonry, electrical work, metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly tasks, and construction painting is highly desirable.
- Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various trades within the construction field.
