Job overview we are seeking a skilled and dedicated framing carpenter to join our construction team.

Job Detail
- Construct, install, and repair framing components for residential, or commercial buildings using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and follow blueprints and project plans
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Measure, cut, and install lumber accurately
- Work with a crew to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with foreman and team members
- Install siding, roofing materials, trim carpentry, and other exterior/interior finishing elements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Engage in remodeling or restoration work as part of ongoing projects.
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during daily operations.
- Requirements
- Experience in framing preferred (will consider strong general carpentry experience)
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution.
- Experience with construction management principles is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required on construction sites.
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety standards and best practices.
- Valid SSN or ITIN
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of carpentry work.
