key responsibilities:

• Warranty Diagnostics Repairs: Investigate and resolve HVAC system issues covered under warranty, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Documentation Reporting: Accurately document service findings, repairs, and warranty claim details. Submit reports to manufacturers and internal teams. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers regarding warranty coverage, repair timelines, and system performance. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians on warranty procedures and technical troubleshooting. Compliance Safety: Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. Preventative Maintenance: Perform inspections and maintenance to prevent future warranty claims and improve system reliability. Collaboration: Work closely with service coordinators, manufacturers, and internal departments to streamline warranty processes. Qualifications: EPA 608 Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in warranty or service technician roles
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics
• Excellent writ10and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
