  • Home Dispatch: Begin your day from home (where applicable) Main Duties: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, DX equipment, fan systems, and refrigeration units.
  • Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports.
  • Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs. Secondary Duties: Train apprentices and junior technicians.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance.
  • Assist in ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance. Requirements: Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28′.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • EPA license.
  • OSHA 10 certification (minimum).
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, including troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with mechanical systems, including chillers, DX equipment, boilers, refrigeration, and basic controls.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with chillers.
  • Control/BAS experience.
  • KY Journeyman License (or ability to obtain). Salary Range: $28/h – $34/h
