Experience
Work-Related History of 20 Years+ is required
Job Detail
- Basic knowledge of HVAC practices and procedures preferred
- Proven technical competence
- Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools
- Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at elevated heights
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must have demonstrated concern for and compliance with safety procedures
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record
- Pre-employment background check, drug screening and physical are required.
