Job Detail
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and furnaces.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Provide field service support to clients, ensuring timely response to service requests.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in residential or commercial properties.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of their HVAC systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for field service duties.
- Certification in HVAC or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory.
