Job Brief
Role: to perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to starting up, maintaining and repairing commersial hvac systems.
Salary Detail
$35 – $48 an hour

Job Detail
- Diagnose and perform repairs on commercial mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on various mechanical equipment
- Supervise the work of lower level HVAC mechanics by providing instruction and training
- Supervise and Install HVAC Equipment, VRF, Humidifiers, Economizers, Refrigeration Components, Controls (DDC)
- Perform Startups for new installs
- Requirements:
- Skills
- Knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems
- Piping, Controls, HVAC Equipment, Boilers +
- Understand and read blueprints as well as equipment wiring diagrams.
- Ability to Start-up or repair HVAC system
- Education
- A technical school in HVAC or relevant subject
- 5+ years of work experience in the commercial HVAC field
- Valid clean New York State Driving License
- Certification: EPA Universal, 410A, G-60, F-60, OSHA 30 hour
- DAIKIN, CITI MULTI, LG ..etc. a big plus
