Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced air conditioning technician to join our team! you will perform service and tune-ups on heating and air conditioning systems at customer properties.

From $17.50 an hour

Job Detail
- Performing maintenance, diagnostic and repairs on heating and cooling systems with accuracy and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and honestly with customers, explaining services and recommendations.
- Follow the Everrest Lead Generation Process on every call to identify opportunities and support company growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space, including both your vehicle and shop areas.
- Complete all required documentation, including work orders, service notes, parts requests, and time cards.
- Conducting warranty services.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Participate in the on call rotation as scheduled and respond to emergency service request with professionalism and urgency.
- Support coworkers and promote teamwork through communication, cooperation and respect.
- Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related field required
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexible work schedule for rotating on-call weeknights weekends
