Job overview we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented hvac lead installer to join our team.

$25 – $40 an hour

Job Detail
- Lead the installation of HVAC systems for luxury residential new construction and remodels.
- Supervise and train junior installers and subcontractors to meet high-quality standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications for custom homes.
- Maintain clear communication with builders, project managers, and homeowners.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably in high-end residential
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual () is a plus.
