- Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial systems
- Install new HVAC equipment and systems
- Diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow safety protocols and industry best practices
- Keep accurate service records and documentation
- Qualifications
- HVAC Journeyman License (required)
- Proven experience in HVAC service and installation
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- EPA certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Residential and commercial experience
- Technical certifications or trade school training
