Job Detail
- Perform diagnostic evaluations, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, reach-ins, and split systems.
- Execute system installations and component replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local/state mechanical codes.
- Conduct seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Accurately document all service activities, system performance readings, materials used, and customer recommendations using field service management software (ServiceTitan).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain system issues, recommended solutions, and estimated timelines.
- Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle at all times.
- Uphold company safety policies and industry regulations, ensuring all work is performed safely and legally.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours or emergency service requests.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Refrigeration Technician in equipment repair or appliance repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC Refrigeration Systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with tools used in the industry, including but not limited to ohmmeters and refrigerant recovery equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

- Pay: $25 – $35 per hour
