- We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who knows how to install full systems with confidence, lead a team with professionalism, and bring energy and reliability to every project.
- Your Day-to-Day:
- ? Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
- ? Install residential HVAC systems : gas to gas, oil to gas conversions, high-efficiency and communicating systems, boilers, venting, gas piping, IAQ equipment ( no oil to oil installs ).
- ? Train and develop junior HVAC installers with a focus on skill-building and professional growth.
- ? Lead and coordinate with your install crew to ensure top-notch results.
- ? Troubleshoot system installations and provide customer hand-offs with confidence.
- ? Ensure code-compliant, high-quality installations that make you and your team proud.
- ? Keep communication clear and professional with customers and team members.
- What You Bring:
- ? 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- ? EPA Type II Certification (preferred, but we’ll help you get it if needed). EPA Certification (Required). NATE Certification (a plus!)
- ? A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
- ? Strong technical skills (ductwork, wiring, startup procedures, etc.)
- ? Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right
- ? Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including boilers, gas piping, high-efficiency systems, and IAQ
- ? Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
- ? Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ? A passion for mentoring and coaching junior installers
- ? A great attitude, dependability, and commitment to coworker and customer satisfaction
