Job Detail
- Assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC systems and related accessories
- Help prepare job sites, including moving equipment, staging tools, and organizing materials
- Crawl in attics and crawl spaces, climb ladders, and work outdoors as needed
- Support lead technicians during equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning
- Assist in running piping, ductwork, and wiring under the supervision of a lead installer
- Learn and apply safe brazing, piping, and installation techniques
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
- Stay informed about new tools, equipment, and products
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly (this role involves heavy lifting)
- Some experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical, or related fields is preferred (HVAC experience a plus but not required)
- EPA Certification is a bonus but not required for hire
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and pursue certifications
- Must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with proof of safe driving practices (recent DMV record)
