Job Detail
- Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- On call rotation required, including weekends
- Primary driving within about a 100 mile radius in most markets. occasional regional travel as needed What you will do Install, repair, and remove designated coffee and beverage dispensing equipment for a defined customer base
- Handle both planned and unplanned work: preventative maintenance, emergency service, site surveys, and installations
- Take part in the after hours and weekend service rotation to support urgent customer needs
- Maintain spare parts and equipment stock. reorder within company replenishment guidelines
- Complete all required documentation, including call closure details, accurate description of work performed, and complete invoices with customer signature
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing equipment installations
- Communicate promptly and clearly with customers and internal partners
- Capture and relay customer feedback and requests to management or other departments
- Adhere to defined service level agreements for customer programs
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet expectations and timelines What you bring High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of mechanical and technical experience
- Foodservice background preferred
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and use of test meters preferred
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel within a 100 plus mile radius of the branch
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment issues
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
