$25 – $35 an hour

• Commercial Service Technician Responsibilities: Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair package units, split systems, and water source heat pumps.
• Repair and overall equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices.
• Perform full service and preventative maintenance on walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and ice machines.
• Repair, replace, or calibrate communication devices such as thermostats and switches. Requirements: 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
• 2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn.
• CRM scheduling software use. preferred ServiceTitan
• EPA Universal Certification
• TDLR credential
• TWIC credential a plus but not required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
