Job Detail
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately troubleshoot issues.
- Perform mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, refrigeration work, and equipment maintenance as needed.
- Install new appliances and perform assembly or disassembly tasks in customer apartments or commercial settings.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Maintain detailed service records for each job performed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair, field service, or as a service technician.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Electrical experience and familiarity with HVAC or refrigeration systems are highly desirable.
- Experience with equipment repair, assembly, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Delivery driver experience preferred. must possess or be willing to obtain a valid driver’s license suitable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment safely and work in various environments.
