  • Work side-by-side with the lead Installer to meet and exceed key performance goals.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
  • Build strong customer rapport by offering the right products and solutions.
  • Participate in all training sessions, department updates, and company meetings.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient installs.
  • Perform physical tasks without restrictions in a variety of climate conditions.
  • What You Bring Excellent leadership skills, self-starter with a positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to learn iPad-based software
  • A team-oriented mindset, some1who contributes individually but thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a desire to continue developing your technical skills.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks without restriction
  • Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
