$75,000 – $120,000 a year

Job Successes is required

• Follow our proven install system and educate customers on products and services.
• Meet and exceed key performance expectations.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship (must have appropriate tools).
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and service vehicle.
• Build strong customer rapport to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Actively participate in all training, departmental, and company meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company mission, policies, and guarantees.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide a service experience that drives referrals and repeat business.
• What You’ll Bring EPA Certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Solid understanding of National and Local HVAC Codes.
• Knowledge and compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to use iPad-based software.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
