- What You’ll Bring EPA Certification.
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- Solid understanding of National and Local HVAC Codes.
- Knowledge and compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to use iPad-based software.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
- Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
