$28 – $34 an hour

Job Detail
- Lay out, fabricate when necessary, read prints and drawings, hang, install, finish work
- Roof curbs and drops Proficient in the installation of roof top units, exhaust systems, make-up air systems, mini splits, boilers, residential furnaces and AC’s
- Including all necessary items to complete installation – refrigerant piping, condensate drains, low voltage
- MUST be willing to work hands on and supervise a crew Capable of looking ahead and creating a material and work force plan
- Responsible for developing and training new team members
- Ability to give clear instructions and guidance, as needed. Log work that is accomplished Meet with inspections
- Interact with building personnel
- Maintain project labor hours within job schedule deadlines and request change orders as needed.
- Assist with the bidding process for commercial projects 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or other related industry/trade
- Ensure all safety policies and quality standards are followed

- Salary: $28 – $34 per hour
