Job Detail
- Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and associated systems (furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, etc.)
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment
- Support fabrication and installation tasks, including ductwork assembly, equipment placement, and system connections
- Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Follow instructions from lead installers and adhere to safety protocols on every job site
- Provide professional and respectful communication with customers and team members
- Assist with cleanup and final site walkthrough upon job completion
- Operate company vehicles responsibly when required Qualifications 1–2 years of HVAC or construction-related experience preferred (but not required—we will train motivated candidates)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.)
- Possess own tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
