Job Detail
- Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and equipment in accordance with NEC .
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and wire crimpers as well as power tools like drills and saws to complete electrical work efficiently.
- Work safely on construction sites by following OSHA regulations and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards to prevent hazards.
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices such as ohmmeters and ammeters. identify faults in low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, inspections completed, and safety checks conducted.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, including NEC regulations for residential or commercial projects.
- Experience
- Proven experience as an electrician in residential and commercial settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of 277 and 480 – 3 phase systems along with proper safety procedures for handling them is desirable.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and ammeters for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Experience working with power tools and hand tools in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements for residential or commercial installations.
