Job Detail
  • Installation, Repair Maintenance: Perform hands-on installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of a wide range of building electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Electrical Power Systems: Maintain, repair, and install electrical power systems, including low, medium, and high voltage circuits, ensuring they meet operational standards.
  • Combustion Equipment Support: Provide electrical support for combustion equipment, including diesel and natural gas generators, as well as automatic transfer switches, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted power supply.
  • Equipment Components Management: Work with a variety of electrical equipment, including power transformers, circuit breakers, switches, and cables, to ensure their optimal operation.
  • Electrical Testing: Conduct tests on electrical systems, such as power factor, insulation resistance, functional operation, and more, to verify system integrity and compliance.
  • Test Calibration: Use electrical and electronic test equipment, such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and ohmmeters, to perform precise tests and calibrations on electrical systems.
  • Technical Documentation Interpretation: Interpret technical documents, such as floor plans, equipment schedules, and single-line diagrams, to ensure accurate and effective task execution.
  • Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safe work practices and uphold a secure work environment, in compliance with company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. Report any policy, procedure, or guideline violations to the immediate supervisor. Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position Excellent writ10and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with the following test equipment: Power Factor
  • Ductor
  • Megger
  • CT Ration Saturation
  • Infrared Camera Knowledge of the following equipment: Circuit Breakers
  • Low, Medium, High Voltage – LM/MV/HV
  • Transformers
  • Switchgear
  • Motors
  • PT’s CCVT’s
  • Guidelines Multi-Talented
  • Must be able to lift in excess of 75 lbs.
