  • Successful completion of electrical entrance exam
  • 3–5 years of heavy industrial electrical maintenance experience
  • Strong understanding of shop mathematics, technical drawings, and precision measuring tools Intermediate knowledge of: AC/DC motor theory troubleshooting with PLCs
  • Drives, electrical controls, and NFPA 70E High-voltage power systems (
  • 480V)
  • Electrical schematics and motor theory
  • Proficient with common electrical maintenance tools Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electronic systems and controls.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating within specifications.
  • Troubleshoot AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, electrical drives, and high-voltage systems.
  • Maintain shop machinery, mobile equipment, PLC networks, and cranes.
  • Service electrical components of pumps, motors, cranes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Install and maintain electronically controlled equipment, including loop controls, distribution centers, programmable sequences, and control panels.
  • Balance loads and wire complex circuits.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment such as digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing tools.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints at an intermediate level.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams as needed.
