Job Detail
  • Deliver high-quality and productive electrical installations in residential, light commercial, and agricultural job sites.
  • Consistently produce outstanding results in all phases of electrical work.
  • Be flexible and courteous to customers’ needs as projects progress.
  • Guide and mentor other technicians, fostering a positive and knowledgeable company culture.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand installation requirements.
  • Lead and perform electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, company standards, and industry regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
  • Communicate with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and associated costs
  • Skills Qualifications Needed to Win:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical field (primarily residential is preferred).
  • Working knowledge in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations.
  • Technical expertise in wiring, circuit breakers, electrical panels, conduit bending, trenching, and using industry-standard tools.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers, team members, and other trades.
  • Heart of a teacher – ability to train and guide upcoming technicians to build a stronger company culture.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and movement around job sites.
  • Ability to lift at least 75 pounds.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in elevated areas.
  • Ability to reach overhead, manipulate small tools, wires, and electrical components.
