Job Detail
- Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards.
- Serve as the responsible Electrician for the Company.
- Perform LED lighting retrofit upgrades in throughout the United State.
- Ensure the job gets d1on time and exceeds customer expectations.
- Instruct and help teach others in the field to promote a learning culture and a dedication to job and worker safety.
- Retrofit or install LED lighting and help troubleshoot issues with other electricians and installers in doing the same.
- Minimum Requirements:
- Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
- Skilled electrician with experience working on small teams.
- Applicants must have an active Kentucky Apprentice license.
- Self-Driven with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements

- Compensation:
- Salary will be at the top of the wage scale for electricians in the area, plus bonuses based on successful completion of LED lighting projects under time and under budget. This project has the potential of great overtime pay.
