Job Detail
- Lead and supervise crews on commercial electrical projects, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enforce compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety protocols.
- Mentor and train apprentices and junior electricians, fostering teamwork and skill development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Qualifications:
- Valid California General Electrician Certification (required).
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite activities effectively.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
