Job Detail
- Journeyman Electrician experience consisting of installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of various commercial electrical components
- Skilled at terminating and pulling wires into control centers, panels, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switchgear, receptacles, switches and/or raceways
- Proficient troubleshooting, testing, and repairing emergency generators, automatic transfer switches and/or power distribution systems
- Knowledge and experience with refrigeration control wiring, Ansul Systems or HVAC motor control wiring is desired
- Independently work-off blueprints, sketches, or schematic drawings
- Provide informative customer service regarding the nature of the electrical repair
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with department policies
- Proficient with the use of cell ph1communication, GPS and electronic documentation technology
- Submit service paperwork and reports as required by the department policies
- Available to work Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday to Thursday as part of your regular work schedule
- Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
- Requirements: Five or more years of commercial electrical experience in commercial electrical service or construction roles
- California Journeyman Electrical License is a plus
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and a motor vehicle background check
- Proficient English communication skills required to write reports and emails
- Must be able to work according to safety guidelines, CALOSHA, and workplace policies
