Job summarydynamic energy solutions is seeking a journeyman electrician with experience installing residential whole-home standby generators.

$40 – $50 an hour

Master’s degree in relevant field is required
Job Detail
- Lead installation of residential standby generators
- Complete all electrical connections including switches, interlocks, service upgrades, and conduit work
- Ensure adherence to NEC, state, and local electrical codes
- Perform residential electrical work such as panel replacements, circuit installs, troubleshooting, and equipment hookups
- Oversee and mentor Generator Installer I/II team members
- Coordinate with gas piping team for system integration
- Document completed work accurately and professionally

- Qualifications
- Michigan Journeyman Electrician License required
- Generator installation experience required (Generac or Briggs Stratton strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Mechanical experience with gas piping is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong leadership skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
