Job Detail
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
  • Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects to determine materials and labor costs
  • Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed for custom pipe fitting or system modifications
  • Assist with remodeling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems in various settings
  • Operate heavy machinery or equipment required for large-scale plumbing projects
  • Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system layouts
  • Collaborate with team members on site to ensure timely project completion and adherence to schematics
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related trades
  • Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites
  • Experience with carpentry, remodeling, assembly, or maintenance person services is advantageous
  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required for project planning
