Job Detail
- Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project specifications accurately
- Perform welding, pipe fitting, remodeling, and assembly tasks as required by project scope
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics on plumbing and HVAC systems
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee heavy lifting operations and ensure proper safety protocols are followed during all activities
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used for each project
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Skills
- Extensive experience in construction plumbing, including pipe threading, welding, and remodeling
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and experience working in commercial or residential settings
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, HVAC plans, and technical manuals with precision
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe fitting equipment, and maintenance tools
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC units, and general building maintenance
- Skilled in carpentry, maintenance person tasks, assembly work, and basic math calculations for measurements and quantities
- Experience with field service operations including troubleshooting complex plumbing issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments
- Valid commercial driving license preferred for site transportation needs
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
