Job overview we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented lead plumber to oversee and execute plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites.

Job Detail
  • Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project specifications accurately
  • Perform welding, pipe fitting, remodeling, and assembly tasks as required by project scope
  • Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics on plumbing and HVAC systems
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met
  • Oversee heavy lifting operations and ensure proper safety protocols are followed during all activities
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used for each project
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Skills
  • Extensive experience in construction plumbing, including pipe threading, welding, and remodeling
  • Strong knowledge of construction site operations and experience working in commercial or residential settings
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, HVAC plans, and technical manuals with precision
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe fitting equipment, and maintenance tools
  • Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC units, and general building maintenance
  • Skilled in carpentry, maintenance person tasks, assembly work, and basic math calculations for measurements and quantities
  • Experience with field service operations including troubleshooting complex plumbing issues
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various work environments
  • Valid commercial driving license preferred for site transportation needs
  • Excellent communication skills for team coordination and client interactions
