- Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Alternating weekly after-hours on-call duties emergency dutiesCompensation
- Greater of $500 per week or 20% of commission (bi-weekly pay)

- Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber with an active Texas license
- Must live within 15 miles of McKinney, TX (ZIP 75070) Must have valid Texas driver’s license, clean driving record, clean background Strong diagnostic and repair skills across residential plumbing systems Proven ability to close sales (90%+ historic conversion rate, average ticket $500+) Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability Must be comfortable using digital dispatch systems (Jobber or equivalent)2 Professional references required
- Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems (water heaters, tankless systems, drains, sewer lines, gas lines, water lines. fixtures, etc.) Provide professional, customer-focused service and clearly explain solutions Prepare and present accurate quotes and estimates with detailed descriptions Maintain clean, safe work environments and follow company safety standards Document work performed, materials used, and before/after photos in CRM Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs Support and promote company reputation by maintaining high ethical standards
