Job Detail
- Work directly in the field with plumbing technicians during maintenance visits and service calls
- Help identify repair, upgrade, and maintenance opportunities on-site
- Present solutions to customers and close sales directly in the home
- Support technicians by strengthening customer trust and building value in the maintenance program
- Assist in building strong customer relationships and ensuring long-term retention
- Use plumbing knowledge to clearly explain repair needs and maintenance benefits
- Coordinate with service management to maximize daily revenue opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction
- Qualifications
- Plumbing industry experience required (2–5+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and maintenance programs
- Experience with in-home sales, service presentations, or onsite customer interactions
- Excellent communication and customer-rapport-building skills
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable closing opportunities face-to-face
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field
- Professional appearance and strong customer-first mindset
