Job Detail
  • Work directly in the field with plumbing technicians during maintenance visits and service calls
  • Help identify repair, upgrade, and maintenance opportunities on-site
  • Present solutions to customers and close sales directly in the home
  • Support technicians by strengthening customer trust and building value in the maintenance program
  • Assist in building strong customer relationships and ensuring long-term retention
  • Use plumbing knowledge to clearly explain repair needs and maintenance benefits
  • Coordinate with service management to maximize daily revenue opportunities
  • Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction
  • Qualifications
  • Plumbing industry experience required (2–5+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and maintenance programs
  • Experience with in-home sales, service presentations, or onsite customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and customer-rapport-building skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable closing opportunities face-to-face
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field
  • Professional appearance and strong customer-first mindset
