Job Detail
- support and assist to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine plumbing layout.
- Perform welding tasks as necessary for pipe fittings and connections.
- Assemble and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues for clients.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and electricians, to ensure project completion.
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while on construction sites.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations.
- Skills
- Experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical documents.
- Familiarity with welding techniques applicable to plumbing work.
- Valid commercial driving license is a plus for transporting materials to job sites.
- Experience in remodeling projects is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
