We’re hiring: experienced plumber location: helotes, tx area pay: $22–$30/hr + commission (based on experience) about us: join anchor plumbing services (aps) and put your plumbing skills to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

$22 – $30 an hour

Work Record is required

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to identify and sell service options
• Experienced in selling water heaters and water softeners
• Own hand tools and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 80+ lbs and work in tight spaces What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and appliances
• Read blueprints and ensure code compliance
• Provide quotes and present service options to customers
• Complete all paperwork accurately and maintain clean work areas
• Ask for customer reviews and referrals Skills Traits: Proficient with ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems
• Technical competence and problem-solving ability
• Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Sales skills with the ability to present multiple options Schedule Benefits: Full-time: Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
