Master Plumber With Mechanical License

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, code-compliant installations, and high-quality repairs
• Guide and mentor journeymen and apprentices on best practices and problem-solving
• Oversee workmanship and job quality, ensuring every install meets or exceeds local code Project Planning Operational Support Assist with job walkthroughs, material planning, and crew coordination
• Collaborate with estimators to ensure accurate scopes and labor forecasting
• Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and without callbacks Business Growth Culture Building Support the hiring process by evaluating technical and cultural fit of new team members
• Champion safety, training, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with leadership to develop SOPs, systems, and scalable processes as we grow
• Qualifications You’ll Need: Master Plumber’s License (Required)
• Mechanical License (Required)
• Experience leading a team
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Residential plumbing experience — Service and Projects!
• Knowledge of permitting, inspection processes, and code compliance
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Tech-savvy: Can use tablets / laptops, software, and online permitting tools confidently
