Diploma or GED~ ~ ~ Location:~ ~ Sarasota, FL 34240, Tampa and St Petersburg~ will be servicing areas of around Sarasota down to Punta Gorda to to the sunshine, Skyway to Ruskin.
Job Detail
- Install, diagnose, maintain and repair residential and some commercial plumbing including but
- not limited to domestic water piping, house lines, interior and exterior waste lines, water regulators and backflow, water heaters, interior and exterior gas lines and all fixtures relating to bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing
- systems a company installs and maintains Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed
- systems pass inspections Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and
- delays are properly communicated to customer Establish and foster client relationships through strong communication and customer service
- providing the ability to fully explain to customer what the issues are and their options for repair (when applicable) Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to
- manufacturers’ recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issues are and their options for repair (when applicable) Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel,
- necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary Maintain good working order of Company vehicle and maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and
- safety equipment in the vehicle in a clean and organized fashion Understand Company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices at job site
- Inform customers of potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service
- contracts, and additional services) Participate in Company-provided training and comply with all code regulations
- Adhere to all Company safety rules
- Other duties as assigned
- Preferred Qualifications: Clean Driving Record
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a residential Service Plumber
- Residential service repair experience (diagnosing troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Leak Location and Repair, a plus
- Must have experience with Service Titan
