Job Milestones is required

Diploma in releted field is required

• Preparing wheels for refinishing by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces
• Mixing and matching paint colors accurately to achieve seamless finishes
• Applying powder coatings, primers, base coats, and clear coats using spray guns and related equipment
• Inspecting finished work for quality and performing touch-ups as needed
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and work areas to meet safety and environmental standards
• Collaborating with the repair team to ensure timely completion of projects
• Keeping accurate records of materials used and work performed for inventory and quality control Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in wheel repair and refinishing or similar automotive paint roles preferred
• Knowledge of powder coating, primers, base coats, and clear coats
• Ability to operate spray painting equipment and related tools safely and effectively
• Familiarity with safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record valid driver’s license (if required for position)
• Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Preferred Skills: Experience with computerized paint mixing systems
• Advanced color matching techniques and understanding of color theory
• Previous experience in a high-volume automotive repair or collision center
• Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle preparation tasks
• Bilingual
• 6pm until 6am
