Job Detail
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural straightening using advanced techniques and tools.
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods to fuse sheet metal components securely.
- Fabricate custom parts and modify existing panels through precise sheet metal work and fabrication techniques.
- Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment to achieve smooth, flawless finishes that match original colors.
- Repair or replace auto glass with care, ensuring proper sealing and alignment for safety and aesthetics.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly, prepare estimates, and communicate repair plans effectively with customers and team members.
- Assist in auto restoration projects by restoring vintage or classic vehicles with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignment checks, mechanical inspections, and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks for vehicle repairs or restorations requiring multiple skill sets.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair journey.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and sheet metal work is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including auto painting, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance.
- Experience with auto estimating software or processes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, welding equipment, and other shop machinery.
- Knowledge of auto restoration techniques for vintage or specialty vehicles is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physically demanding tasks consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in auto body repair projects.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively.
- Valid driver’s license preferred. mechanic experience can be beneficial but not required.
