- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles, ensuring all services are completed to the highest standards.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during service operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs and service options.
- Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services that enhance vehicle performance or safety.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required when handling parts or equipment during maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Requirements
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including familiarity with oil change procedures and general maintenance practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment safely.
- A valid driver’s license is required. additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to vehicle maintenance is essential.
