Professional Development is required

• Inspect, measure, and evaluate internal engine components using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, h8gages, etc.)
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other channels
• Assist with product evaluations, quality checks, and engineering documentation
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical issues and improve product performance
• Manage multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Requirements
• Experience with internal combustion engine parts (professional or strong personal background)
• Proficient in precision measurement tools
• Strong math and science aptitude
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter—motivated, independent, and assertive
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Stable work history clean background
• Punctual with reliable attendance
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
