Job Brief
Job summary we are seeking a skilled and motivated lube technician to join our automotive service team at gary d’s automotive in south arlington.
Salary Detail
$15 – $20 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services using hand tools and power tools
- Support the collision/body team side with heavy lifting, removal and installation of collision/body parts
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services
- Assist with wheel alignments and tire services to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools
- Assist with additional mechanical repairs or maintenance tasks as required
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Qualifications
- Prior automotive repair background is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to oil changes, alignments, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of sales principles related to recommending additional services or products
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
