Job Detail
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Assist with vehicle repairs including brake work, alignments, and tire services
- Use hand tools and power tools to diagnose and repair automotive issues
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical problems accurately
- Assist senior technicians with complex repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
- Support the sales team by providing technical knowledge on vehicle features and repairs when needed
- Experience
- Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and vehicle maintenance techniques
- Experience with oil changes, alignments, tire services, and general automotive service is advantageous
- Service technician experience or hands-on work with heavy lifting and maintenance tasks is beneficial
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other diagnostic equipment effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and team members
- Prior experience in sales or promoting maintenance services is a plus but not mandatory
