Job Detail
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace automotive components such as transmissions, engines, and electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in troubleshooting complex problems.
- Ensure alignment of vehicles for optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.
- Skills
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role with dealership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in working with mechanical systems, including powertrain components.
- Experience with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving.
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client relationships.
