Job Detail
- Assist the Shop Manager with daily shop operations
- Write accurate vehicle repair estimates and update them as needed
- Order parts, track deliveries, and verify inventory
- Answer incoming ph1calls and provide excellent customer service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians, customers, and insurance companies
- Maintain organized records, repair orders, and documentation
- Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and shop communication
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the automotive or collision repair industry preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service abilities
- Comfortable with computers and shop management software (experience with estimating software is a plus)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
