- As an Automotive Mechanic, you will: Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a variety of vehicle types
- Replace worn or damaged parts, such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension components
- Conduct detailed safety inspections to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance
- Maintain accurate and organized service and repair records
- Keep the workshop clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to minimize vehicle downtime and maximize fleet efficiency What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (fleet experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair methods, and maintenance best practices
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and modern repair equipment
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License required
