Work Achievements is required

• Perform body repairs on classic and custom vehicles
• Metal shaping, panel replacement, dent repair, filler work, sanding, and block work
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed for repair
• Work with steel, aluminum, and occasionally fiberglass
• Perform light fabrication when needed (patch panels, brackets, structural repairs)
• Collaborate with painters, fabricators, mechanics, and project managers
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to shop procedures
• Accurately document work performed
• Requirements
• 5+ years of automotive body repair experience (custom or restoration experience a big plus)
• Strong knowledge of metal finishing, body filler techniques, and panel alignment
• Ability to diagnose and execute proper repair methods with minimal supervision
• Experience with welding (MIG required, TIG a plus)
• Must supply own tools (specialty tools provided by the shop)
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Dependable, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferred Qualifications
• Restoration experience, classic muscle cars, and hot rods
• Familiarity with custom fabrication
• Ability to read build plans and follow long-term project workflows
