• Hands-On Repairs Maintenance: Perform service and repair tasks efficiently, following Cadillac and OEM standards
• Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
• System Expertise: Service and repair major vehicle systems, including: Engines transmissions
• Suspension steering
• Braking systems
• Electrical AC systems Warranty Compliance: Complete warranty work to manufacturer specs and document repairs thoroughly
• Team Communication: Collaborate with service advisors on repair needs, updates, and time estimates
• Quality Control: Double-check every repair for accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Experience as a Journeyman Technician in a dealership or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of manufacturer service procedures and guidelines
• Efficient and accurate diagnostic skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
