Diesel mechanic/trailer mechanic position available with well-established fleet service provider.
Salary Detail
$20 – $35 an hour

- Primary Responsibilities:
- · Fleet preventative maintenance services and DOT/FHWA inspections on tractors and trailers
- · Repairing and troubleshooting truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision
- · Work with the latest technology of tooling and equipment to complete mechanical service and repairs
- Qualified applicant should have:
- · Valid state driver’s license (CDL preferable)
- · Mobile service unit is supplied as well and many of the major tool necessary for service – hand tools and personal service equipment are required
- · Proficient in and/or willing to get certificate for:
- DOT Inspection
- Air Brake Certification
- · Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
